We were ask to stand up the IT PMO (IMO) and brought a tiger team to lead all separation strategies and execution for Private Equity portfolio company. The infrastructure included 3 Data Centers connecting 4 Continents of Offices, and a complex legacy MPLS network. The technology stack cutover that conveyed to the buyer had no staff to take over operational responsibility. TDG led the evaluation and selection of the Managed Service Provider for Operation support and incident management.
